BRUNT v. SERVICE EMPLOYEES INT'L UNION, 01-2307, 01-2791

When union membership has elected a leader, that leader has a right to select his own employees; thus, where plaintiffs alleged their rights under the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act were violated when they were discharged for their refusal to support union president in re-election, their complaint was properly dismissed.
