United States Seventh Circuit
KITCHEN v. TTX CO., 01-1953, 01-2396, 01-1936, 01-2494
Based on the finding that the offers of judgment extended by the defendant exceeded the anticipated costs of defense and included substantial concessions by the defendant with respect to demands for plaintiff confidentiality and the cessation of other claims, the award of attorney's fees to plaintiffs based on substantial compensation received was not an abuse of discretion.
