Plaintiff in a gender discrimination case under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 failed to meet her burden of establishing that two male employees, who were not discharged when she was, were similarly situated, where the males reported to different supervisors and had different levels of experience and job responsibilities than the plaintiff.
