United States Seventh Circuit

US v. HUSTON, 01-1150

Where the district court addressed all concerns raised by the defendant in his motion for new counsel, and the evidence fell far short of showing that defendant and his counsel were so unable to communicate as to prevent an adequate defense, the defendant was not denied his Sixth Amendment right to effective assistance of counsel.
