At trial for distribution and conspiracy to distribute cocaine, the admission of testimony regarding uncharged, pre-indictment drug activities similar to those charged was relevant to show knowledge and intent, and defendant, failed to demonstrate on appeal that unfair prejudice outweighed probative value of evidence.
