LAND v. YAMAHA MOTOR CORP., U.S.A., 01-2025

Indiana Statute of Repose, Ind. Code sec.34-20-3-1(b)(2), which requires product liability actions be commenced within ten years after the delivery of the product to the initial user or consumer, applies to injury that occurred to state resident in the state even if defendant was located in another state and made product in another state.
