DADIAN v. VILLAGE OF WILMETTE, 00-2674, 00-2757

Under Title II of the ADA, evidence that plaintiff had osteoporosis, a femur fracture, a total knee replacement, compression fractures of her vertebrae, and degenerative disease of the joints is sufficient to support a finding that she was "disabled."
