Failure to name a parent corporation in a complaint with the state Equal Rights Division and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission warrants dismissal from the suit unless the plaintiff can show that the parent had notice of the claim against it, and not just its subsidiary, and had an opportunity to settle on its own behalf.
