Supervisor's harassment of employee may not support a sexual harassment claim under Title VII where supervisor was motivated by hostility toward the employee's spouse, and where plaintiff failes to prove that supervisor's legitimate, non-discriminatory reasons for her termination were a pretext for retaliation.
