United States Seventh Circuit

US v. VIEZCA, 00-3710

Where the evidence showed that defendant was pursuing a conspiracy with others aside from a government informant, and that no reasonable jury could conclude that the two were alone in the conspiracy, no instruction that an agreement with an agent of the police is not a criminal conspiracy is necessary.
