Where the prosecutor's comments about the defendant's failure to rebut evidence were directed towards reinforcing the idea that government's case was undisputed in material respects, prosecutor's comments would only have been improper if defendant was the only person who could have contradicted, denied, rebutted, or disputed the evidence.
