DUNN v. NORDSTROM, INC., 00-2958

Evidence that employee was given additional duties and then had them taken away after filing a discrimination complaint with the EEOC is sufficient create a factual issue on whether the employee received a promotion and then suffered adverse employment action despite ambiguity in his title.
