United States Seventh Circuit
LOGAN v. KAUTEX TEXTRON N. AM., 00-3128
Where plaintiff does not present any evidence that her harasser's vote counted more than others, that he controlled the actions of the other deciosionmakers, or that they knew that plaintiff had complained to management about the harassment, she has not created an inference that her discharge was because of her race or in retaliation for complaining.
