Plaintiff failed to state a prima facie case to show that employer did not violate the violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 USC 621, et. seq, by failing to promote plaintiff where job posting required applicants to hold one of several specific types of bachelor's degrees, none of which plaintiff had.
