Physician failed to show that defendant buyer of his medical practice intentionally discriminated against him under 42 USC 1981 because of his race where, aside from concern about his ability to form doctor-patient relationships with white patients, no other facts showed that ethnicity played no role in defendant's decision to sell plaintiff's medical practice.
