HOFFMAN v. CATERPILLAR, INC., 99-3023

Plaintiff is not required to show that the denial of requested job training was materially adverse to state a claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act where she has direct evidence of supervisor's discriminatory intent, but to recover she must show a physical capability of running the equipment upon which she requested training.
