Defendant's spouse's hearsay statement that she listed herself as purchaser of multiple firearms to acquire them for her defendant husband, a convicted felon, is admissible under Fed. R. Ev. 801(d) (2)(E) as a declaration of a co-conspirator in furtherance of a conspiracy.
