United States Seventh Circuit

US v. SANCHEZ, 00-3468

Evidence of repeat transactions with another conspirator demonstrated more than just a buyer-seller relationship to support a narcotics conspiracy, and an explicit agreement is not required to show a conspiracy since it can be inferred from the course of defendants dealings with other members of the conspiracy.
