There is no basis to vacate the restitution judgment entered against the defendant under 18 USC 3664(e), but in the event that her co-schemer's paid restitution to the party financially harmed, defendant's would be entitled to apply for an offset of restitution, and the Mandatory Victims Restitution Act does not violate the Ex Post Facto Clause.
