HERNANDEZ-MANCILLA v. IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERV., 99-3608

Under Illinois law, a conviction for possession of a stolen motor vehicle is a "theft offense" under 8 USC 1101(a)(43)(G), and a six year sentence upon conviction makes it an aggravated felony for which petitioner is ineligible for deportation relief.
