United States Seventh Circuit

US v. ROSS, 99-4035

Extending the holding in US v. Roy, 830 F.2d 628 (7th Cir. 1987), several brief periods of confinement in federal custody do not constitute the "endless interruption" of rehabilitation which would be a violation of the Interstate Agreement on Detainers.
