LARA-RUIZ v. IMMIGRATION & NATURALIZATION SERV., 99-2868

Section 212(h) of the Immigration and Nationality Act does not violate an immigrant's rights to equal protection under the Due Process Clause by making lawful permanent resident aliens who commit aggravated felonies statutorily ineligible for discretionary relief from removal.
