WEIBRECHT v. S. ILLINOIS TRANSFER, INC., 00-1563

The Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 USC 51-60, does not override an ethical rule adopted by the federal district court of Southern District of Illinois that prohibits attorneys from contacting parties represented by other counsel even if they are employees of defendant employer.
