Where doctor's "prescribed treatment" was not that plaintiff avoid stairs altogether, but that she take them "one at a time," law enforcement officers did not act deliberately indifferent to plaintiff's medical needs when asking her to step into police van and offering her assistance for support to get into van when they arrested her.
