DRESSLER v. MCCAUGHTRY, 99-2631

The fact that defendant maintained a collection of videos and pictures depicting intentional violence was probative of prosecution claim that he was obsessed with that subject, and such materials could be admitted into evidence without violating defendant's First Amendment rights.
