Failure to ask jury to determine whether the amount of crack sold by defendant was at least 5 grams was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt when overwhelming evidence showed that, on one occasion, defendant sold more than ten times the amount required to make him eligible for a 40-year maximum sentence under 21 USC 841(b)(1)(B).
