United States Seventh Circuit

CONTRERAS v. SUNCAST CORP., 00-1977, 00-2493

Employee's failure to show that he met employer's legitimate expectations (or that similarly situated non-Hispanic employees were treated more favorably) warranted summary judgment in employer's favor under Title VII, and lack of proof that decreased frequency of sex affected reproductive capacity precluded ADA claims.
