FARLEY, INC. v. OHIO BUREAU OF WORKERS COMPENSATION, 00-1976

State worker's compensation bureau, acting as employer's surety, is entitled to recovery and reimbursement from employer's bankruptcy estate for payment of workman's compensation benefits made on employer's behalf, since bankruptcy did not annul the right of subrogation.
