United States Sixth Circuit
Balmert v. Reliance Standard Life Ins. Co., 08-4433
In plaintiff's ERISA claim against her employee benefit plan provider challenging its limited grant of disability benefits, district court's judgment upholding defendant's determination is affirmed as defendant's benefits determination was not arbitrary and capricious since there is substantial evidence to support the benefits determination.
