United States Sixth Circuit
US v. Stout, 08-6025
On remand, district court's imposition of a 300 months sentence, from the original 1200 month sentence, for possessing and distributing both crack and powder cocaine is affirmed as, defendant's arguments do not require reversal because the original order remanding the case did not contain any language limiting the district court to the original record, and because the statements upon which the district court relief in determining defendant's relevant conduct were supported by sufficient indicia of reliability.
