District court's grant of habeas relief to a defendant challenging his sentence for child endangerment and felonious assault under Blakely and Apprendi is affirmed where: 1) defendant has shown that the state court's decision involved an unreasonable application of clearly established federal law and satisfied the AEDPA standard; and 2) the constitutional error is not harmless.
