United States Sixth Circuit

Miller v. Brunsman, 09-3151

Denial of defendant's petition for habeas relief for his aggravated murder and robbery conviction is affirmed as evidence offered by defendant in support of his third-party perpetrator defense failed to show a sufficient nexus between the third party and the murder, and because the state court's exclusion of the evidence was not an unreasonable application of clearly established federal law.
