In a prosecution of defendant for wire fraud and for aiding and abetting false statements on another individual's tax returns, district court's decision ordering the defendant to pay $52,305 in reasonable monthly payments for the costs of the public defender's services is affirmed as, under the Criminal Justice Act, the district court did not abuse its discretion.
