United States Sixth Circuit

Krantz v. Lindamood, 08-6489

District court's denial of defendant's petition for a writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where the state needed to prove only that defendant intentionally attempted to kill someone - and not necessarily anyone specifically - and thus, the evidence was plainly sufficient to support his conviction for felony murder.
