United States Sixth Circuit

Rosencrantz v. Lafler, 07-1403

In a sexual assault matter, the denial of Petitioner's habeas petition is affirmed where, even assuming the prosecution potentially violated Petitioner's due process rights by knowingly countenancing the victim's false denial of pretrial meetings, defense counsel extensively impeached the victim and thus the violation was not material.
