In a capital murder matter, the denial of Petitioner's habeas petition is affirmed, where: 1) the trial court did not err in disqualifying certain jurors, because the court allowed Petitioner's lawyers to follow up with questions after initial inquiries elicited disqualifying responses; and 2) the prosecutor, in closing argument, did no more than respond to Petitioner's actual and reasonably likely contentions and tactics.
