Defendant's firearm possession sentence is affirmed, where Michigan's "fleeing and eluding" statute, Mich. Comp. Laws section 750.479a, qualifies as a violent felony under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA), and thus the District Court properly enhanced Defendant's sentence under the ACCA.
