United States Sixth Circuit
Davis v. Venture One Constr., Inc., 08-1439
In a personal injury action based on injuries Plaintiff sustained on a construction site, summary judgment for Defendant is reversed where the District Court erred in holding that Defendant had no duty of care toward Plaintiff, because a duty to Plaintiff arose after Defendant's employees stored a door in the area at issue and left it leaning there.
