Cunningham v. Interlake Steamship Co., 07-4017
In an admiralty action based on the alleged unseaworthiness of Defendant's vessel, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where: 1) Plaintiff's negligence and unseaworthiness claims were untimely; and 2) Plaintiff's claim for maintenance and cure, although timely, failed because Defendant had discharged its obligation toward Plaintiff.
