United States Sixth Circuit
Limbright v. Hofmeister, 08-1731
In a breach of contract action concerning the purchase of a business, the District Court's order enforcing the parties' settlement agreement is affirmed, where a District Court may enforce a settlement agreement that produced the dismissal of an earlier federal suit when the court has diversity jurisdiction over the breach-of-settlement-agreement controversy.
