United States Sixth Circuit
Gallagher v. C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., 08-3337
In a Title VII hostile work environment sexual harassment action, summary judgment for Defendant is reversed where: 1) the District Court erred by focusing too narrowly on the harassers' offensive conduct rather than the effects on Plaintiff; and 2) although most of the conduct was not directed at Plaintiff, it could still create a hostile work environment.
