In a 42 U.S.C. section 1981 action claiming that Defendant hotel refused to host Plaintiffs' wedding ceremony based on Plaintiffs' race, summary judgment for Defendant is reversed, where the District Court erred by denying Plaintiffs' discovery request seeking the hotel's wedding reception contracts with other customers.
