Defendant's bank fraud conviction is affirmed where the District Court properly denied Defendant's motion to dismiss the indictment for violation of the Speedy Trial Act, because the rule that excludable delay of one codefendant is excludable delay of all codefendants applies equally to earlier and later arraigned codefendants.
