In a bankruptcy adversary proceeding brought by a creditor seeking to declare Debtor's debt nondischargeable, the Bankruptcy Court's order refusing to discharge the debt is affirmed where Debtor was a fiduciary of the creditor and breached his duty to the creditor, and Debtor's company was a "contractor" under Michigan law.
