Reed v. Int'l. Union, 07-2505

In a Title VII action alleging that Defendant-Union failed to reasonably accommodate Plaintiff's religious objection to supporting the union, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where Plaintiff did not offer evidence that he was discharged or disciplined based on his religious affiliation.
