Defendant's drug sentence is affirmed where Defendant argued that he was entitled to a reduction in his sentence based on retroactive revisions to the Sentencing Guidelines for crack cocaine offenses, but the revisions did not affect the mandatory minimum imposed by the statute under which Defendant was convicted.
