United States Sixth Circuit

Reinhardt v. Vanderbilt Mortgage & Fin., Inc., 08-3309

The Bankruptcy Court's order confirming Debtors' reorganization plan is affirmed where Plaintiff-Creditor argued that its secured claim could not be modified because: 1) it pertained to real property that was the Debtors' residence; but 2) Debtors' mobile home did not constitute real property under Ohio law.
