In a bankruptcy adversary proceeding to avoid a preferential transfer, summary judgment for the Trustee is affirmed, where two "convenience checks" paid from the Debtor's bank account to offset her credit card balance before filing for bankruptcy were preferential transfers under 11 U.S.C. section 547(b).
