United States Sixth Circuit

Braxton v. Gansheimer, 07-3387

The grant of Petitioner's habeas petition is reversed, where the trial court reasonably applied Batson v. Kentucky, 479 U.S. 79 (1986), in denying Petitioner's mistrial motion because the prosecutor proffered a bona fide race-neutral reason for striking a proposed juror.
