Sybrandt v. Home Depot, U.S.A., Inc., 08-5598

In a Title VII action alleging sex discrimination, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where Defendant articulated a nondiscriminatory reason for terminating Plaintiff and disputes about Defendant's interpretation of company policy did not create a genuine dispute of material fact.
